Seuls les Rebelles Vaincront plot
Suzanne, a widow in her sixties, meets Osmane one evening in Beirut. He is young, Black, Sudanese, an undocumented migrant. She is white, Lebanese of Palestinian descent, twice his age. They fall in love. Lebanon is on the brink of collapse. The news on television and social media constantly broadcasts terrifying messages. But Osmane doesn't care; he moves in with Suzanne. While their love provokes a storm of protest, Suzanne and Osmane hold their ground amid the chaos around them.
