Second Sight plot

Detective Ross Tanner and his colleague Catherine Tully investigate the brutal murder of a 19-year-old boy. There is a problem: he is slowly going blind, so Catherine acts as 'second sight'. However, Tanner tries to keep this a secret until the case is resolved. Among the suspects are the gardener who allegedly supplied the boy with drugs, a babysitter who allegedly had an affair with the boy, an overprotective mother, the stepfather and someone who resembles the stepfather.
