Sangue Vivo plot

In the warm heel of Italy, the gap between rich and poor is great, the mafia is everywhere and there is plenty of smuggling. The small greengrocer Pino also does some odd jobs at night. After all, he has to support his wife, his children, his mother and his younger brother Donato. The relationship between the two brothers is overshadowed by an accident that killed their father. Donato is Salento's best musician, but refuses to play, even when Pino finally lands a record deal for his group. Donato seems to be in free fall: trouble with the mafia, wrong friends and drugs.
