Roepman plot

"Innocence is something you know once you have lost it"

A railroad community in 1966. 11-year-old Timus and his parents are caught up in the structural violence caused by the government and the church. Joon often shows up to rescue Timus when he's in trouble. Timus sees these actions as miracles. Timus tells the story of Joon, about his own childhood and how Joon tries to give back a piece of his lost innocence to the boy.
