Reformatory plot
"BLASTING THE LID OFF AMERICA'S REFORM SCHOOLS !"
After a boy is killed while attempting to escape from Garfield State School, assistant warden Robert Dean is appointed overseer of the reform school. By changing the rules to improve the harsh living conditions, he wins the friendship of the friendly resident doctor, Dr. Hector Blakely and the school psychiatrist Dr. Adele Webster.
