Rangoon plot
"Love. War. Deceit"
The story is set during World War II and focuses on soldiers along the Indonesian-Burmese border. The British still ruled India and hundreds of thousands of Indian soldiers worked there to fight the Japanese in places like Burma and Singapore. The actress Miss Julia is supposed to entertain them but becomes entangled in a web of love and betrayal.
