Rain Shadow plot

Two women fight for the survival of their village in the rugged Australian landscape. After a long drought, the Paringa farming community is hit by another disaster: a deadly sheep virus. In a race against time, vet Kate McDonald tries to identify the virus before it's too late. She gets help from her new assistant Jill, who also tries to unravel Kate's mysterious past.
