Pognon sur Rue plot

Michel is a smart real estate agent. Time and again he manages to drive even the most stubborn tenant out of a building when it is destined for demolition. At the moment things are going downhill, but Michel is convinced that it is only temporary. Then Richard does appear, a ruthless businessman who works for the Coge-2000 agency. They want to shut down an entire building in the old Paris in order to set up a new building.
