Pituy plot

Daphne leads a peaceful life. She has a good marriage with a successful lawyer, two lovely children and a nice local bookstore. Her father recently passed away and left a nice amount behind. However, the routine is abruptly interrupted when she befriends Ami. Ami's life is a lot less peaceful. He is a high-tech executive who has just been fired and is going through a painful divorce. Their friendship grows into a passionate relationship that overshadows everything. When Ami receives a business proposal, he is about to turn it down because he won't have his money until the divorce is settled. Daphne advises that she take out a loan in which she pledges her inheritance as collateral. Then Ami suddenly disappears without paying off the loan, knowing that Daphne will not file a complaint because the affair will come to an end. Daphne is cheated, but determined to get revenge.
