Pipes plot

Although Hassan has retired from the water company, his neighbors are used to him always lending a hand. This time, the situation is serious: the entire city is without water, and tensions among the population are rising by the day. Hassan would like to help them all, but he also needs time to mourn a friend who recently passed away under unclear circumstances.
