Petite Soeur plot
Since her mother's death, fifteen-year-old Véronique has been the most important woman in Serge's family. She has to follow the studies of her younger sister, Angèle, and take care of the household. Angèle, however, is more interested in gymnastics than studying and she is emerging as a first-class athlete. She is noticed during a meeting between lovers. She is invited to a national competition.
