Pest - Die Rückkehr plot

In Cologne, during the year 2000, the plague breaks out again after centuries. The government hermetically closes the city center so that no one can get in or out. Many people are trapped like rats. Plague expert Celmens (Tim Bergmann), scientist Verena (Antje Schmidt) and doctor Martin (Thomas Sarbacher) try to find a solution and thus save thousands of people.
