Peau à Peau plot

Penelope must adjust to her new life as a mother after the traumatic birth of her son. She witnesses a violent robbery that triggers memories of her sister's death. Lacking sleep and fed up with her complacent, self-absorbed boyfriend, Gaspard, Penelope seeks solace and affection from her ex, Edward, but she is constantly exhausted by the needs of her baby and tormented by nightmarish visions of her sister.
