Odd Job Man plot

Poul is entering middle age when his already gray and dull life falls apart. He loses his job and his wife leaves him. On a whim, he knocks on the door of a show bar, where he finds that they are looking for a handyman. This leads him into a world of drag queens, offering unexpected sights, the chance to be a hero, and maybe even the opportunity to live out his dream of singing, even if he had to do it in a dress.
