Nunca Pasa Nada plot

An actress from a French theater company develops appendicitis. She has to recover from an operation in a Spanish provincial town, where the doctor falls in love with her and tries to extend her recovery period. She seeks solace for the mistrust and gossip of the French teacher, who, however, is secretly loved by the doctor's wife.
