Nooit Te Oud plot

The wayward, mildly demented Marius Koolman is admitted to the Voorstaete care center because he is no longer able to take care of himself. According to Marius Koolman himself, that is not so bad and he does not allow himself to be patronized by the care manager, Marleen Blok, who prefers that all residents of Voorstaete keep a low profile. Under the influence of Marius, the residents revolt and take their lives back into their own hands. They discover that despite their age and ailments, they are capable of much more than the world thinks.
