Night Freight plot
"The Bomb-Train that terrorized the country!"
Mike Peters is the owner of a small railroad company and he finds himself in a fight with the local truck company, which is run by a gangster gang led by Haight. Haight, annoyed that Mike's railroad company is reducing his business, does everything he can to sabotage the railroad, including rail blockages, false alarms, intimidation of Mike's staff. Haight even hired Mike's brother Don Peters. Don has a conflict with Mike about the attractive brunette Wanda, whom both are in love with. Haight eventually asks Don to place explosives in a freight car, but Don soon regrets it. He feels that Haight has gone too far and a gunfight between the two seems inevitable when Don tries to stop the train with explosives.
