My Country First plot

Morton Draper has invented a new kind of explosive and wants to donate it to the United States. A group of foreign spies wants to get their hands on the formula of the explosive for their own country. Their plans are disrupted when Draper ends up in jail for a murder he didn't commit. The spies manage to kidnap Draper from prison and threaten to report him again if he doesn't voluntarily surrender the formula.
