Murder on Lenox Avenue plot

"The rackets exposed!"

Dramatic events take place in a Harlem apartment. Pa Wilkins, who has just been elected chairman by a business alliance, is involved. The current leader, the discarded, devious Mr. Marshall, wants revenge. Lomax, the henchman of Marshall, a murderous junkie, hangs around and waits for his chance. Meanwhile, stepson Jim Bracton, who is under Dad's tutelage, experiences a crisis in his multiple love affairs.
