Busty Nora (Noni Hazlehurst) is newly divorced and has emotional issues to deal with. In addition, she has to take care of her daughter. In the artistic circles of Melbourne she meets Javo (Colin Friels), with whom she starts a relationship. The latter turns out to be addicted to heroin. Her problems keep getting bigger.
