Mobbing plot

At first sight, Jo leads a carefree life: he is happily married to Anja, has a beautiful house and many friends. He also has a great job as an official for the cultural service. One day Jo gets a new boss. He soon makes it clear that he has not understood Jo: Jo only gets trivial tasks and derogatory remarks become commonplace. His colleagues are also turning away from him. This situation is also quickly having a negative impact on Jo's family life...
