Mo Li Hua Kai plot
The story of three generations of women from an average family in Shanghai. Mo, in his thirties, does everything he can to get a film career off the ground. Before that, she starts a relationship with a producer. Li, Mo's daughter, has a difficult relationship with her mother in the 1950s and also has problems with her husband when it appears that she cannot have children. Hua, Li's adopted daughter, grew up with her grandmother Mo, and now, in the 1980s, has her own marital problems.
