Mismates plot
A rich boy marries a poor girl against his mother’s wishes and is cast out. Initially determined to support himself and his wife, he soon begins to crave the usual luxuries and abandons his wife and child. Based on false information provided by the boy’s mother and supported by himself, the woman is sent to prison and the child is kidnapped by the man. This is where the drama begins.
