Miraklet plot
For the first time in years, the former dancer Jakob returns to his native village for his mother's funeral. There he discovers that Johanna, his childhood sweetheart, still lives there and is trapped in an unhappy marriage with the village pastor Erik. Jakob wants to close his mother's dance school, where Johanna, in a wheelchair after an accident, still teaches dance. She begs Jacob to reconsider his decision.
