Meltdown plot
"Terrorists didn't have to build a nuclear weapon... we built it for them."
It seems to be a normal day at the San Onofre nuclear plant near San Diego, until suddenly explosions sound, a conflagration ensues and terrorists have taken over the plant. The plant is soon surrounded by police and information services and evidence of a link to Al Qaeda is found. However, when the leader of the terrorists gets a broadcast on the air, it turns out that things are not as simple as they thought.
