Maya Darpan plot

Taran is the daughter of a wealthy landowner and lives in a large mansion in a provincial town in northern India. It is just after 1947 and the strongly rising socialism must unite the country. A local railroad tech has formed a union that has begun campaigning against the inequality of the feudal system. However, he also develops a relationship with Taran, who is therefore even more confronted with the stifling patriarchal tradition.
