Maten plot

October 1997. 35-year-old Paul Winters is deputy public prosecutor in Arnhem and is working on his first major case: an investigation into the accusation of a Bosnian girl who claims to have been raped by three Dutchbat soldiers and whose brother was allegedly murdered by the same men. . Winters' suspicion that the girl is telling the truth, he cannot prove at first and the case is dropped. But then one of the men comes with a revealing statement.
