Mafak plot
Ziad has just been released and discovers the world. He spent more than 10 years in an Israeli prison. The world of his friends, the technology, everything has changed. Dating seems impossible. He doubts the meaning of his act that led to his imprisonment: the attack on an Israeli settler. He tries to pick up his life in Ramallah, but he is immensely sad and has no education and no trade. It seems a hopeless existence. When he meets a young Palestinian-American filmmaker, it becomes clear that Ziad's problems are not only sociological, but also psychological. With no help to heal this invisible wound, it looks like he'll end up right where he started.
