Loves Her Gun plot
Allie leads an aimless life. She has no job and a lazy boyfriend. So it's no surprise when one day she gets on a bus to Texas after being attacked on the streets of New York. In Austin, her life seems to improve as she slowly begins to feel at home. However, her fears continue to haunt her. She soon comes into contact with Texas gun culture as a means of feeling safe. She balances on the border between self-preservation and paranoid. Can she maintain a healthy relationship, or will the weapons she uses to protect herself create bigger problems than the one she fled?
