Good film about a drug dealer in New York with a regular clientele. The lonely, nocturnal life is attractively portrayed with a well-matched soundtrack. Certainly successful as a character sketch, partly due to the excellent role of Willem Dafoe. The plot, which is slowly introduced, is slightly less successful.
