La Baie d'Alger plot
In 1955 Louis is 15 years old. He lives with his grandmother Zoé. She is generous, lives well and brings joy to his life. One evening, on the bay of Algiers, the teenager is confronted with the certainty that the world he grew up in is doomed to disappear. The first events of the war, in which they fight for independence, have only just begun. But this realization does not prevent him from continuing with his present life. His grandmother is a great support in this.
