L'Amour Tagué plot

Marlene and Bertrand find themselves with ten-year-old Arthur near Villeneuve, where they stop for coffee at a bar. One of those present, Patrick, recognizes in Marlene the surrogate mother who carried the child of him and his sterile wife about ten years ago. When his wife died, he asked Marlene to have the fruit removed. So Arthur could be his son.
