Kongo plot

Kongo is a prestigious seven-part drama series about the end of the colonial era in the Belgian Congo. It tells the story of a number of young people who shortly after the Second World War move to the colony with great ambition and ideals, but fifteen years later have to return to Belgium completely disillusioned and penniless. A current story, now that Congo has been independent for more than half a century and Belgium is increasingly trying to view its colonial history in an objective way.
