Juillet en Septembre plot

Camille Juillet returns to Cap-des-Pins to dig up memories of her childhood and birth. The shy young woman was abandoned twenty years ago, during the month of July, on Saint Camille's Day. While searching for her own identity, she gradually befriends the couple Jacques and Marie, and meets Marbas, a fairground merchant, psychopath and murderer, who cannot bear the sight of the happiness of others.
