J'ai Pensé à Vous Tous les Jours plot

At first they don't seem to have much in common. Cédric is 14 years old, has red hair that is always messy, neglected clothes and he doesn't speak very nicely. Mathieu is 13 years old. He is polite, has brown hair that is neatly combed and lives with his adoptive parents, Christine and Joseph, in a neat suburb. Yet Cédric and Mathieu are brothers. Despite being separated very early, fate brings them back together…
