It Doesn't Matter plot

Alvaro is a man from Staten Island. He meets countless American residents and films their activities. In the meantime, he is in contact with his good friend and young filmmaker Chris, who encouraged him to portray his life. The director then edits all the videos together into a film. Over a period of seven years, Alvaro confronts his problems after which he can begin to heal.
