Istgah-Matrouk plot

This film tells about a day in the life of a couple who travels to a place of pilgrimage somewhere in Iran. After two miscarriages, they hope for God's blessing for the upcoming third child. The man is a photographer and takes a detour to shoot nice pictures. They have car trouble in the desert and get help in a remote village where only women and children live. All the men are earning money in distant cities. The only man left is the local teacher who cuts hair during lessons and, if necessary, also earns extra money as a car mechanic by helping stranded travelers.
