Interior Zero plot

Cristina, a 35-year-old secretary in a hostile and alienating Bucharest, seeks a balance between growing up—paying bills, settling down, climbing the social ladder—and remaining a good daughter to her single mother. She is also a character in a novel being adapted for the screen by a theater director, in which the actors' real backgrounds, circumstances, and motives overlap with the fiction. Their lives playfully merge with the story, which they re-examine, question, and make their own.
