Higashi no Ohkami plot

Akira is a lonely 75-year-old fighter who used to travel the world as a sailor. During his travels he met a woman in Cuba, whom he has not forgotten ever since. Now he lives in the wooded area of Higashi Yoshino, in the Nara region. Akira has been the president of the local hunting club for years. But his obsession with hunting a wolf causes him to clash with colleagues who eventually force him to resign. Akira then decides to go into the forest in search of killing the wolf.
