After the feisty young man Flash Casey completes his education by selling his photos, he expects to be hired by Blaine, the editor of the Globe Press. However, Blaine is not interested in him. When Flash snaps a photo of Rodney Addison, the son of publisher Major Addison, kissing French dancer Mitzi LaRue, Blaine hires him after all. The condition is that Flash gives him the negatives, because it is strictly forbidden to photograph Rodney.
