Handigang plot
Seventeen-year-old Sam is in high school, just like everyone else his age. But he is not like most others. Sam is in a wheelchair. He was raised by his mother, Nina. The arrival of a new student, Vincent, makes Sam aware of the injustices against him and his 'special friends'; Lila, who has Asperger's, and Tom, who is hard of hearing. Together they start a group to point out the lack of accessibility and understanding that they face every day. They want to raise awareness without self-pity.
