Getuige plot

Ralf is a young psychiatrist, asked to help get derailed youngsters back on track in the South American favelas. There he witnesses the disturbing onset of a rape. Ralf keeps aloof and decides to remain silent. If he becomes involved with the victim and the suspected perpetrator is found, he is still faced with the choice: will he reveal himself as a witness? The longer he waits, the more diabolical his dilemma becomes.
