Saptamana Mare plot

The story takes place at the beginning of the 20th century in a small Romanian village. Leiba is a Jewish innkeeper. Gheorghe, a Christian, works for him. Tensions between the two run high when the latter promises to settle the score on the night of Passover, one of the most important festivals in Judaism.
