Fremdkörper plot

Wolfgang Kruber, 50, recently received a donor kidney, but the operation was not completely legal. One day he receives a blackmail letter from the alleged donor, who demands more money. The letter lures him to Istanbul, where he bumps into Irina. The young mother claims to be the donor, and says she has been the victim of a criminal gang. Wolfgang hopes to settle the matter, but slowly he begins to have doubts...
