François.e plot
François, a 50-year-old screenwriter whose career has hit a slump, cynically ticks the 'transgender' box to secure funding for his latest TV series project. When his plan succeeds against all odds and his project is approved, he is suddenly required to play the role of Françoise, a writer beginning her transition. Because he cannot fulfill the required role, he must work with Sarah, a real trans writer.
