Flaky plot
Ibinabo is a Nigerian immigrant living in New York City. She received formal training, a degree in sociology and now works as a cashier in a seafood restaurant dealing with rude customers and a dominant employer on a daily basis. At home, she struggles with annoying neighbors and an annoying roommate. Ibinabo's only refuge is her friend and colleague Aliyah, a single mother. She struggles on despite the depressing circumstances. When she finds comfort in Reggie's arms, Ibinabo discovers that he could be her biggest mistake.
