"A holiday hip hop movie."
After his grandparents give up on his rehabilitation, notorious teenage delinquent Carlos is forced to live with his father Dross, whom he has never met. Dross is in the middle of producing a modern version of the Nutcracker when he arrives and is immediately swept up in all the action. Together with his father, he learns to process his complicated emotions and begins to realize that his actions affect everyone around him.
