Joe Martinez is a sympathetic drifter who is suspected of a number of murders. His companion is the beautiful hairdresser Leonie Stevens, who slowly but surely feels her heart melt for Joe. Together they travel through different states to build a new life in a tropical paradise. However, the police and one of the fathers of the murdered girls are after them.
