Everybody Dance plot

Nightclub singer Katharine "Lady Kate" Delivery is tasked with raising her late sister's children. In order to properly help these children, Katharine leaves the nightlife behind and takes them to a farm. Her manager, fearful of losing his main source of income, tries to have Katharine declared legally incapacitated.
