Drought plot

"There's no such thing as normal."

1993, the year that will go down in the history books for North Carolina as a drought year. Autistic teenager Carl shows a deep fascination with the climate and predicts that a storm will soon erupt in the region. His sister Sam plots the two of them to chase the storm. They steal their mother's ice cream truck for this.
